Admittedly the food was decent. Not the best pie and donut I've had on the country road but certainly far from the worse. The disappointing part was the service. Had two staff members, an older lady and a younger, look at us and then walk away as they didnt want to serve us for some reason. The second lady looked at us waiting then walked out the back and the first lady looked at us with no smile and went straight to the next customer in the line who was a local and a friend of hers and served her first. Eventually the third lady served us and she was friendly. Not sure if they don't really like tourists or just a bad day. Next time will probably just drive through to Whyalla.
Now this place here has the best of everything Pie's and pasties home made and drink's and cake's make my mouth water get over there now and great friendly staff love em
I'm sure this bakery has lovely food however it's the 2nd time we've gone out of our way to eat here and it's closed, despite it saying online it's open. Might be a good idea to update your opening times online. Thanks.
First time and highly recommend. Great fresh sandwiches. Pastries were awesome that were complimentary. Thanks! Do yourself a favour and put this on your place to visit. Can't wait to try your coffee
This bakery was recommended to us and it lived up to our expectations and more. A large number of customers were eating in shop which is always a good indicator. Coffee was hot Pastries were top class and the cake selection was outstanding
