Had my car in for a service the other day and girls on front counter were great. Was so convenient they offered to collect and drop back and even gave it a comp wash.
Great service here, after a few hiccups with our hilux the boys stayed back late to insure we would have the car that day. Concerns and problems we had after, were quickly rectified by the friendly customer service of Tamus, and the service continues with them as we move along on our journey

Booking process for a major service was managed professionally and politely. A change of date requested by me was accommodated easily. Service was completed early and on budgeted quoted price. Unfortunately on inspection post service I found a magnetic tray had been left in the engine compartment. The battery terminals had not been cleaned up nor had the windscreen washer liquid been topped up - both were on the job sheet details. On returning the vehicle the following day the issues were rectified in a quick efficient and apologetic way. A good final outcome.
