Absolute first class service provided to me as a traveller who would not be a regular customer. You expect a good mechanic to go out of their way for their regular customers, but I was traveling thru Port Augusta on a 46*C day between Christmas and New Year. Jordan and the guys at Augusta Undercar went out of their way to get my car fixed and me back on the road. I highly recommend Augusta Undercar to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.
Passing through from E.S. to WA, we required an oil change and minor service work before continuing. The guys at Undercar squeezed us in between jobs on the day and got the work done efficiently and well, and had us on our way. Good work gents. Recommended.

You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Got put through to these guys by Windscreens O'Brien when we were in East Woop Woop and heading towards Port Augusta. Very offhand, and said they could fit new windscreen at 1:00 next day. Got there about midday. Told they might be able to get to it by about 2, and could take up to 3 hours. Originally stated 2 hours. Guy was very negative about everything. Job done earlier than expected - but first impressions stick. If you don't like customers, don't work in a customer service type industry.
With the clock just ticking past business hours closing time, someone down the street recommended we try these guys to repair my rapidly deflating tyre.Nothing.was a hassle, my tyre was buggered and they had a replacement in stock.Great little family business, I'll certainly be recommending them to anyone before they try the big chain stores
